I've had my different spells with depression there's no shame in speaking about it put your pride aside just know that it gets better, when you're rock bottom the only way is up. You may feel like no one can help but sometimes all you need is a change of perspective, your thoughts might be driving you crazy and you just want to shut it off no matter what it takes but just hold on and please if you know someone going through something just be supportive.
